Instructions for use:
Place the pad where your puppy is most comfortable, but not near food or water. Keep the same place so that your pet does not get confused.
Place your puppy on the pad; if he does not relieve himself immediately, keep bringing him back to the training pad until he is successful.
Place your puppy on the training pad immediately after drinking or eating until he relieves himself. Also, if you notice that your pet seems restless, take him to the training pad immediately.
It is helpful to choose a word or command that your pet can associate with regular toileting. Praise your puppy profusely when he has used the training pad. Remember to train your puppy patiently. Scold your pet lovingly but sternly when “accidents” occur. Clean the area immediately to remove the smell.

If your puppy uses the training pad regularly, which may take a few weeks, gradually move the training pad closer to the door and eventually outside to your chosen area once your puppy is fully house trained. Replace the training pad daily for 1 dog/puppy.
